Managing and resolving customer escalations, including those raised by clients, service alerts, or internal engineering teams
Collaborating with client service teams, SRE groups, and part teams to resolve complex customer issues
Providing guidance and insights to improve the quality and reliability of our services
Participating in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical escalations
Identifying and implementing solutions to reduce workload, automate processes, and resolve technical issues with services
Documenting escalation details, actions, and results, and sharing learnings and best practices with engineering and support teams
