Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and response times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using basic computer applications and CRM tools.
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required—we train!
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
