Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering comprehensive information about our products and services in a professional and timely manner
Manage inside sales activities, preparing and submitting product proposals and quotes, and following up with clients to ensure seamless sales experiences
Oversee order management, secure proof approvals, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain a positive and solution-focused demeanor, reflecting our commitment to excellence and customer-centricity
Conduct onboarding calls for new clients, facilitating a smooth transition to our services and ensuring a positive customer experience
Track and manage client cases related to our loyalty program, monitoring customer orders and overseeing product shipment tracking
Address customer issues promptly and efficiently, striving for one-touch resolutions and escalating complex issues when necessary
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and drive business growth

Qualifications:
