The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a range of important tasks that keep our claims coordination operations running smoothly. Your primary duties will include:


Claims Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain claims information into our sophisticated claims management systems, ensuring all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
Information Follow-Up: Proactively identify and follow up on missing or incomplete information required to process claims efficiently, communicating with relevant parties to obtain necessary documentation
Invoice Review: Carefully review invoices to verify accuracy, identifying any discrepancies or errors that require attention before processing
Report Compilation: Generate and compile comprehensive reports from our systems containing claims information, ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights to support team operations
Documentation Management: Maintain organized records and documentation related to claims processing, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on data entry work to maintain high accuracy standards and identify opportunities for process improvement
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the claims coordination team to support overall departmental objectives and contribute to a positive team environment


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in administrative, data entry, or customer service roles
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and solid typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM preferred)
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive data entry tasks
Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older and able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
Background Check: Must be willing to submit to a comprehensive background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. arenaflex hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status


Preferred Qualifications
