What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent passenger experiences. Your responsibilities will include:


Promoting and selling air journeys to the traveling public and freight forwarders, providing information about routes, schedules, and pricing options
Assisting with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with travel regulations
Interpreting authority guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments
Meeting and dispatching planes within established timeframes to maintain flight schedules
Providing assistance to troubled passengers and clients who need support with itinerary changes, delays, or unexpected situations
Protecting company assets and revenue through careful attention to ticketing, boarding procedures, and security protocols
Ensuring safe travel experiences by following all safety procedures and regulations
Using organizational skills to perform multiple duties within limited time periods while maintaining accuracy
Working independently with minimal supervision while being self-motivated and proactive
Responding and assisting during safety and emergency situations with composure and professionalism
Following internal and external regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and passenger safety
Possessing the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including operating equipment and handling luggage when needed
Performing passenger operation control functions including air-to-ground communication and tower coordination when required
Directing and supervising the work of other employees within the work location as needed


What You Need for Success

Minimum Qualifications


High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
Bilingual language abilities are preferred in many locations
Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to airport security identification areas (SIDA), if applicable
Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
Ability to work abnormal and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
Must report to work on a regular and timely basis


Preferred Qualifications


Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or aviation industry
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with reservation systems and ticketing software
Knowledge of international travel regulations and customs procedures
Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
