Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative 2nd Shift

??Memory: At least 12GB RAM
??Two Monitors
??USB or Wireless Headset
??External Mouse

??Constant Ethernet Connection

??Pay: $13/HOUR paid weekly
??Training -- Paid, fast-paced virtual classroom training.

??Ability to work a 3 weekday/2 weekend day schedule
Your specific duties will include: Call Center Customer Service
??Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truckers that call in
??Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
??Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
??Inputting relevant call information into PC. Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type
??Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer require.
Skills required: Call Center Customer Service
??High School Diploma or GED
??Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice
??Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
??Work from home experience preferred.
??History of great attendance
??Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
??PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
??Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously.
??Strong technical skills.
??Must be articulate and professional
??Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification.
