Schedule:
Flexible Hours with a MINIMUM of working 15 hours per week.
Monday-Friday schedule to start. After your training period has concluded you can work on the weekends.

Windows Defender antivirus and Firewall must be turned On
United States based High-Speed Internet Only Cloud Based Internet are NOT Acceptable
Wired connection to router/modem is REQUIRED (wifi is not permitted)
10+ Mbps download speed and 3+ Mbps upload speed are the minimum speeds accepted
Mobile Hotspots (T-Mobile, Verizon), Satellite, and VPNs are NOT permitted
ISP must be STABLE and located within the USA and its territories
Technology Requirements:
High Speed Internet. A wired connection to the router/modem is REQUIRED
Dual monitors recommended
USB Wired Headset (Wireless are NOT compatible)
External speakers or sound on your computer
External Wired Mouse

Telephone Requirement:
Phone Verification Requirement: While the actual phone calls do not utilize your device, it is essential to have phone access for a "PIN call" to complete necessary verifications.
Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Users outside our corporate network, including Microsoft Teams, are obligated to implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which involves phone verification.
Preferred Cell Phone: Although a cell phone is preferred, a landline number is also acceptable for fulfilling the verification and authentication requirements.

Skill Assessment: Successfully pass a skill assessment.
