Handle approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather patient information
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
Proficiency in managing fax and phone communications efficiently
