Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative - AT&T

This is a full-time remote position (40 hours/week) that offers a competitive salary range of $16.20 to $18.87 per hour, with additional compensation up to $3000 a month for meeting sales goals and performance expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing a broad range of customer inquiries, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing, and advanced technical support
Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls
Requirements:
Call center or customer service experience
Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
Verified internet service and an established dedicated work area that meets WFH standards
Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts
