Essential Qualifications


Must be 18+ years old.
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to pass a third-party background check.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows 10+ operating system.
USB Headset and Ethernet (hard-wired internet) connection required.

Previous customer service experience, although not required.
