* **Putting in a Policy Transaction (PT)**: Process policy transactions, and ensure accurate and timely completion.
* **Answering phone calls**: Respond to client inquiries, and provide exceptional service during allocated times.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Valid work authorization**: Ensure you have the necessary authorization to work in the US.
* **Prior or current State Farm experience**: We're looking for professionals with a strong background in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
* **Prior service experience**: Demonstrate your ability to provide exceptional service, and handle multiple tasks with ease.
* **Insurance Producer's license**: Be willing to obtain the necessary licenses for the states where our agents are located.
