Fortune 500 Healthcare Client is looking for motivated and experienced Customer Service Agents to accompany their REMOTE TEAM!

Position: Medical Customer Service Agent
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 7am-8pm CST. M-F. (8hr Shift between these hours)
Start Date: TBD
Benefits: WEEKLY PAY, EQUIPMENT PROVIDED, MEDICAL BENEFITS & ABILITY TO WORK FROM HOME
Job Details:
ā¢ NO SELLING OR COLLECTIONS!!!!
ā¢ Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
ā¢ Provide good customer service and empathy.
ā¢ Using computer skills for data entry.
ā¢ Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
ā¢ Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
ā¢ Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Job Requirements:
ā¢ Must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
ā¢ Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
ā¢ Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
ā¢ Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
ā¢ Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
ā¢ HS Diploma/Equivalent.
ā¢ MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP WORK EQUIPMENT IN IRVING
