The Mission: As a Customer Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them navigate the healthcare system. Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service to 50-70 individuals daily, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Navigate complex healthcare systems, including PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits
Utilize your knowledge and people skills to find solutions and make a positive impact on customers' lives
Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
Proficiency in web-based systems and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 100 mbs download and 50 mbs upload
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare or insurance experience, with knowledge of medical terminology and benefit plans
Background in social work, behavioral health, or a related field
Customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues
