As a Remote Customer Service Advocate, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to individuals who need it most. If you're passionate about making a difference, have a knack for problem-solving, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. **The Mission** As a Customer Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals every day, navigating the complex world of PCPs, meds, appointments, and benefits with ease. With your expertise and people skills, you'll make a real impact on people's lives, and that's a feeling like no other. **The Details** * This is a full-time gig, Monday through Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST.
