[Remote] Customer Experience Specialist- Spanish Bilingual

They are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist who will be responsible for processing incoming business and cancellations while ensuring a smooth experience for customers, particularly supporting Spanish-speaking clients.
