Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex technical issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Assist customers with product and service inquiries, including laptop connect services, air cards, and USB devices
Proactively engage with internal support teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Remain up-to-date on all billing, rate plan, and feature matters, ensuring accurate and informative support to our customers
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of customer service or sales experience
Familiarity with Windows computers and basic technical troubleshooting skills
Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance, working from a dedicated home office with a secure and reliable internet connection
Residence in one of the following states: DC, DE, CT, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, RI, ME, OH, or PA
