As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services to a diverse range of customers. Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell air travel products to customers
Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
Interpret and apply authority guidelines and regulations for domestic and international travel
Meet and dispatch aircraft within set timeframes
Provide support to troubled passengers and customers
Protect company assets and revenue
Ensure a safe and secure travel experience for all customers
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Proficient in English, with bilingual language skills preferred in some locations
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance
