Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom
Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to meet the evolving needs of each client
Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products
Performing reviews for existing clients and assisting with claims or adjustments as needed
Providing attentive customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless sales experiences
Collaborating with team members to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions in our CRM system
Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a self-starter with:
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using Zoom and MS Office Suite
