Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
Proficiency in computer navigation and software applications
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
