We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Customer Experience Assistant to join our growing this role you will assist with daily operations client communication and scheduling to help ensure all processes run efficiently. This is a remote position suited for individuals who are organized proactive and comfortable managing tasks independently. Requirements • Must be 18 years of age or older • Prior experience in customer service hospitality call center or virtual support roles is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote setting • Comfortable using email chat and other virtual tools for daily communication. • Must have a reliable internet connection Responsibilities: Communicate with clients and team members through email chat and phone. Confirm schedules appointments and follow-up details. Maintain records update internal systems and ensure accuracy of information. Assist in coordinating tasks documents and communications between departments. Provide responsive and professional support to clients and internal teams.
