Assisting customers with flight bookings, schedule changes, cancellations, and travel updates
Resolving customer concerns and ensuring their needs are met with care and accuracy
Providing helpful information on American Airlines policies, travel requirements, and loyalty programs
Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service experiences
What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive under pressure
A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Previous customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or call centers
Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly
