Role Description
Are you looking for a fulfilling remote opportunity where you can make a difference? We're hiring 20 remote agents to take calls from generous donors supporting amazing causes like DAV, St. Jude, and PBS
This is a contract remote role for Work at Home Phone Agents. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer complaints via phone calls. Work at Home Phone Agents are responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and following communication scripts when handling different topics.
About the Job:
Pay: $13-15 per hour to start
Contract Type: 1099 (non-seasonal)
Flexible Schedule: Work when it suits you, as long as you commit to at least 10 hours per week.
Peak Season: Now is the time to jump in!
What We're Looking For:
Personality: Happy, upbeat individuals who can bring a smile to every call.
Tech-Savvy: Basic troubleshooting skills are a must (e.g., clearing cache, rebooting, uploading/downloading files).
Experience: No specific experience required, but a love for meeting new people is a plus!
Requirements:
Age: 18 years or older
Location: Must live in the U.S.
Equipment: Laptop or desktop (no Mac), USB headset, and a hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable required).
Tech Skills: Must know how to handle basic tech support tasks like rebooting, clearing cookies, and sending screenshots.
6mos remote or 1yr brick and mortar call center experience.
