Remote Customer Care Pharmacy Technician - Dallas, TX Residents
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time, fully remote position with an initial 2-3 weeks of in-person training in our Dallas, TX office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or internet
Confer with customers to provide information about products and services, and keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet customer satisfaction targets and performance goals, handling medium to large call volumes on a consistent basis
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, including authorizations, overrides, and prior authorizations
Generate faxes and emails, update records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Texas Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required at hire
High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy environment or customer service center preferred
Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
