Documentation Review: Verify that supporting documentation meets specified requirements, flagging any incomplete or non-compliant submissions for appropriate follow-up.
HIPAA Compliance: Handle personal and confidential member information in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex privacy policies.
Accurate Record-Keeping: Document and record member information precisely, maintaining comprehensive and error-free records in our database systems.
