Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Advocates to join our Customer Service Division. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with their healthcare needs, providing guidance and support with empathy and professionalism. Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for 50-70 individuals each day, guiding them through their healthcare needs with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism Navigate PCPs and medications to coordinate appointments and benefits, making healthcare easier and more accessible for those served Skills High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field Proficiency in using multiple web-based platforms and tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone Genuine passion for improving the lives of others Background in healthcare, insurance, social work, or behavioral health Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans Proven success in a customer service environment, especially in complex, high-volume settings Benefits Medical Dental Vision Competitive Salary Paid Time Off Company Overview Disabled Veteran Solutions is a business process outsourcing company.
