[Remote] CSR Remote Benefits Consultant Veterans & Families

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AO Globe Life is actively seeking experienced professionals to serve veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and the chance to make a meaningful impact—without cold calling or prospecting. Responsibilities • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with veterans and their families • Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options with clarity and professionalism • Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing policy support • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry regulations • Participate in weekly training sessions, development meetings, and leadership workshops Skills • Authorized to work in the U.S • Reliable internet connection • Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access • Background in benefits advising, sales, or client services • Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills • Organized, coachable, and mission-driven • Comfortable with Zoom, CRMs, and digital documentation tools • A passion for serving veterans and their families is highly valued Benefits • Weekly Pay • Equity Opportunity • Bonus Program • Paid training and licensing support • 3% equity opportunity at qualifying performance levels • Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses Company Overview • AO serves working families across America and Canada and we are the largest distribution system of Globe Life, American Income Division.
