Customer Service Representative - Remote WFH Professional liability Insurance - Lawyers, Architects & Engineers, Physicians, etc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. Core Responsibilities: β’ Inbound Call Management: Provide exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of incoming calls regarding policy coverage, endorsements, and billing inquiries. Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to phone etiquette standards during all interactions. β’ Policy Servicing: Processing renewals, cancellations, and modifications to insurance policies through various carrier portals. β’ Claims Assistance: Guiding clients through the initial steps of the claims process and providing status updates. β’ Documentation: Recording detailed accounts of every customer interaction in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Broker Management Systems (BMS). β’ Consultative Support: Educating clients on insurance options and providing personalized recommendations to ensure adequate coverage. Requirements: β’ Professional liability insurance to support experience. β’ Property & Casualty license. β’ Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Familiarity with phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism in all communications. β’ A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
