Organize logistical elements for training events, including scheduling, participant registration, and preparation of training materials.
Conduct thorough site assessments and vulnerability evaluations to pinpoint potential security concerns, suggesting effective mitigation strategies.
Remain well-informed about the latest security threats and best practices within the realm of emergency management.
Actively engage with community outreach initiatives and foster strong partnerships with local law enforcement and governmental agencies.
Offer on-call support, addressing incidents and delivering guidance to community members as needed.
Required Skills
At least 3 years of experience in law enforcement, military, corporate security, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering training programs to varied audiences.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
A deep commitment to community safety and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is essential.
A bachelors degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
