What You Will Do:
Engage with individuals and families remotely to discuss their insurance needs
Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing expert advice and assistance
Answer client inquiries and address any concerns or questions they may have
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment processes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and enrollment activities
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
Proficiency in computer systems and software
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be self-motivated and reliable
Must have Windows Laptop/PC, internet access, and a working camera
