[Remote] CRM Specialist

They are looking for a CRM Specialist to manage lifecycle marketing programs focused on growth and retention, enhancing customer experiences through targeted campaigns and collaboration with various teams. Responsibilities Balance technical and creative execution, with a keen eye for details, in a fast-paced environment Assist the CRM team with creative briefs, in-platform campaign execution, and reporting needs Identify and address technical issues or challenges that arise during implementation Manage day-to-day execution and analysis of email and CRM channels (SMS, direct mail) Continuously test and optimize campaigns for increased conversion and engagement Improve customer journeys, triggers, and automations using both static and dynamic content Develop automated, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns for specific customer segments Maintain user segmentation and targeting strategies for personalized content delivery Actively contribute to a cross-functional experimentation group Collaborate with internal partners, including design, growth, and brand teams Consistently bring new and creative ideas to the table to continually elevate and improve our CRM program Skills Bachelor's degree in performance marketing or relevant experience 1-2 years of lifecycle or performance marketing experience 1-2 years of lifecycle marketing campaign experience Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Asana and JIRA Experience optimizing marketing performance through A/B testing, personalization, creative, and dynamic content management 2+ year(s) using an email service provider (Examples: Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze) Basic understanding of customer segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws Benefits Flexible work environment - we are fully distributed with employees in CA, CT, FL, IL, MI, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, & WA and you can work from any location that brings out your best Unlimited paid time off (covering vacation, paid bereavement, and family sick leave) - every employee needs time to take care of themselves and their family Exclusive employee subscription discounts and SWAG - to ensure you experience the magic of PROVEN & Noteworthy’s products (and give us valuable feedback!)
