[Remote] CRM Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Beachbody Company, now operating under the brand BODi, is focused on building the Health Esteem Category through innovative fitness and nutrition solutions. They are seeking a proactive and analytical CRM Specialist to support and optimize data-driven lifecycle programs across various channels, collaborating with different teams to ensure effective CRM initiatives.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, build, and optimize data-driven lifecycle programs and customer journeys across all owned channels (email, push, SMS, web, and app)
ā¢ Develop, implement, and continuously refine event-triggered, multi-step journeys tailored to behavioral, transactional, and engagement data
ā¢ Support the development and execution of audience segmentation strategies; help maintain up-to-date segmentation for campaigns and journeys
ā¢ Execute A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, timing, and journey logic; monitor and analyze performance metrics (deliverability, engagement, conversion) and iterate for continuous improvement
ā¢ Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to support data accuracy and ensure CRM campaigns are fueled by reliable customer data
ā¢ Partner with marketing and creative teams on campaign briefs, creative development, and the deployment of personalized customer touchpoints
ā¢ Maintain CRM documentation and support data hygiene and compliance best practices
ā¢ Manage multiple workflows and prioritize deliverables to meet deadlines and support business objectives
ā¢ Provide team support and contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes
Skills
ā¢ 2 plus years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or a similar function
ā¢ Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, or Braze; Shopify experience is a plus
ā¢ Working knowledge of event-based data models, segmentation logic, journey building, and automation rules
ā¢ Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations
ā¢ Experience executing A/B and multivariate tests, with a thoughtful, test-and-learn approach
ā¢ Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with analytics, engineering, marketing, and creative
ā¢ Demonstrated attention to detail, self-starter mentality, and collaborative team orientation
ā¢ Strong commitment to delivering personalized, relevant, and timely customer touchpoints
ā¢ Comfortable supporting best practices in CRM governance
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
ā¢ Experience with platform migration projects (e.g., ESP or CDP transitions)
ā¢ Exposure to SQL or experience working with complex segmentation logic is a plus
ā¢ Familiarity with deliverability best practices and messaging compliance standards
