We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Remote Assistant to support our Creative Director in driving our brand's vision forward. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate on exciting projects, including social media engagement, marketing campaigns, and dynamic content initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and publication
Foster community engagement through prompt responses to comments and messages, and contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative concepts
Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials
Collaborate on marketing strategies to spotlight events and seasonal offerings, and ensure website content is up-to-date and reflective of our brand
Create compelling visuals for social media, email campaigns, and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency
Capture and edit photographs and videos showcasing our products, events, and café atmosphere
Organize and maintain calendars for content planning and deadlines, and streamline project files and materials for workflow efficiency
Monitor industry trends and social media best practices, and collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas for customer engagement and storytelling

Required Skills:

Proficiency in social media management, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
Familiarity with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, and website management platforms, such as Squarespace or Shopify
Basic graphic design capabilities, including Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong photography and videography skills, including editing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively
A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding

Qualifications:

Previous experience in social media management is essential
Familiarity with graphic design and content creation is preferred
A passion for coffee, cuisine, and community-building is a must
