Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during each instructional session.
Prepare and organize necessary equipment to facilitate effective courses.
Deliver clear, engaging, and high-quality instruction tailored to small groups (4-12 students).
Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide necessary care when required.
Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
Communicate effectively with management and facility operators regarding course logistics.
Manage inventory, cleaning, and restocking of instructional equipment.
Required Skills
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage diverse learners.
Proficiency in utilizing online platforms for course record management.
Strong organizational skills for equipment management and course preparation.
Capability to handle emergencies with care and professionalism.
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Valid American Red Cross Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED (or equivalent from the American Heart Association).
CPR, First Aid, AED Instructor Certification or higher (or equivalent from the American Heart Association).
Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours.
