Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range for this position is $188,000 - $210,000. Competitive benefits package available with other perks.

- Develop new contract templates, manage existing ones, and train clients on the use of these templates
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and business partners
- Work independently and proactively to address clients' legal and business-related needs
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the California State Bar or eligible for admission through the registered in-house counsel program
- At least 7 years of experience practicing law in a corporate legal department or law firm, with a focus on complex commercial contracts and intellectual property
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks inherent in complex commercial contracts
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage a large number of projects simultaneously
