[Remote] Corporate Communications Specialist (Remote)

Cella is a forward-thinking technology leader seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to orchestrate internal and external communications. This role involves supporting executives and managing communications to drive customer engagement across various sectors. Responsibilities • Architect seamless communications and events by partnering directly with account teams, administrative staff, and executive leadership. • Develop and deliver transformative content for diverse platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletters, executive presentations, backgrounders, talking points) that inform and influence key public sector audiences and internal stakeholders. • Champion project success by managing multiple priorities, coordinating critical support, and ensuring all deliverables are met under tight deadlines. • Cultivate strong partnerships through strategic stakeholder management across varied groups, including the Chief of Staff Office and VPs. Skills • Written and Verbal Communication: 3-5+ years developing and delivering clear communications for senior leaders, including executive backgrounders and presentations. • Technology Proficiency: 3-5+ years of demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Microsoft Office systems to create content and manage events. • Project Management & Organizational Skills: 3-5+ years successfully managing and coordinating events and projects with precision. • Experience in technology or the public sector is a plus. • Familiarity with AI-powered communication tools like CoPilot or general prompt engineering skills is welcomed, demonstrating a growth-oriented mindset.
