[Remote] Conversational AI Solutions Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sud Recruiting is seeking a Conversational AI Solutions Analyst for a digital technology firm. This role involves identifying automation opportunities and implementing conversational AI solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Identify automation opportunities by designing and implementing conversational AI, IVR, and voice bot solutions
ā¢ Design, document, and model conversational and IVR flows, ensuring solutions are strategically aligned
ā¢ Analyze bot and call performance data to generate actionable insights, define success metrics (containment, deflection, CSAT), and drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency
ā¢ Lead requirement workshops, create detailed user stories, support UAT, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous optimization
Skills
ā¢ 4+ years of experience in chatbot development, call routing and automation, as well as IVR design and optimization
ā¢ Telephony (IVR, voice bots, call routing, and agent handoffs)
ā¢ Expertise with Sierra, Genesys Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI/Tableau
ā¢ Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
