[Remote] Contract Specialist IT / IS-Operations / Full-time / Days

The Contract Specialist, IT will manage contracts and proposals, oversee contract management processes, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and financial performance. Responsibilities • Manage all contracts and proposals. • Oversee contract management processes. • Develop standards for bidding and submission. • Negotiate contracts. • Manage contract documentation. • Serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations. • Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets. • Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses and benefit CHLA’s financial performance. • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues.
