[Remote] Contract Specialist - FSP
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Contract Specialist plays an important role in driving the costings and contracts for clinical trials, responsible for negotiation and budgeting, as well as developing and managing contracts with investigators and institutions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Adapt global templates of agreements to local use in accordance with local requirements and SOPs
ā¢ Develop and negotiate clinical site budgets based on Fair Market Value
ā¢ Negotiate agreement language and budget with clinical study sites
ā¢ Act as point of contact and interface with Legal if necessary to ensure integrity of contracts
ā¢ For reach agreement maintain the status of agreement, budgets, issues, payments, any amendments for the duration of the study, and communications with internal and external sources
ā¢ Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations
ā¢ Ensure all agreements are executed in a timely manner contributing to efficient site start-up timelines
ā¢ Support internal and external audit activities
ā¢ Ensure all contracts are included in the TMF
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree
ā¢ Excellent knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GSP, basis knowledge of GMP/GDP
ā¢ Excellent attention to details
ā¢ Good written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Collaboration and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Negotiation skills
