[Remote] Contract Operations Counsel
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Latitude Legal is seeking an experienced contract attorney to join their legal department as Contract Operations Counsel for a global biopharmaceutical company. This role involves providing legal support for various operational matters and interacting with internal business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial matters
ā¢ Providing counsel to the various teams within Operations, including Contract Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Real Estate, and EHS
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years of experience practicing corporate or transactional law, including experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
ā¢ Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
ā¢ Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
ā¢ Outstanding professional references
ā¢ Experience with contract manufacturing agreements or supply chain operations
ā¢ Prior in-house experience preferred; within a pharmaceutical or life sciences company favored
ā¢ Familiarity with at least some of the following areas: Quality, Real Estate, EHS, Aviation, Global Security
