Makes estimate drafts in Xactimate
Creates Job Files
Completes Flow Chart
Customer follow up calls
Process Monitoring Forms
Answer the phones
Works with adjusters regarding billing disputes
Qualifications
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong organizational, oral and written communication and customer service skills required
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
College degree preferred but not required
Must have valid Driver's License to apply
Two year of Xactimate experience in contents & fire
Knowledge in Restoration industry
