Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality content, including writing, editing, and proofreading
Collaborate with our team to create engaging and immersive experiences for our users
Work with our art and design teams to develop settings, characters, and storylines
Own the process of building new IP, including working with cross-functional teams to develop settings, characters, and storylines
Write and edit content for various platforms, including in-game dialogue, writing descriptions, cinematics, and more
Participate in group playtesting and provide feedback to improve the user experience
Advance a culture of inclusivity and diversity within our team, and ensure that our content reflects this ethos
The Ideal Candidate:
Has significant experience in content creation, game development, or a related field
Has a deep understanding of story design theory and best practices, particularly as it relates to IP world-building
Has experience managing and directing writers and other creative team members
Has a strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
Is a team player who thrives in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary environment
Is passionate about creating engaging and immersive experiences for users
