Job Overview

Manage Patient Relationships: Handle a portfolio of leads generated from web inquiries and inbound calls, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong relationship-building.
Achieve Goals: Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion and activity, exclusively working with warm leadsno cold calling involved.
Maintain Records: Use CRM tools such as Zoho CRM and Open Dental to keep comprehensive and organized records of patient interactions.
Collaborate: Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to align on patient needs and ensure seamless support.
Required Skills
Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in healthcare or dental fields.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on empathy.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a remote setting.
Technical proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM and Open Dental) and standard office software.
A team-oriented mindset with the capability to work collaboratively towards shared objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service or sales, particularly in healthcare or dentistry, is advantageous.
