Remote Consultant, Global Equity - Competitive Salary and Benefits
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Consultant, Global Equity. As a key member of our global network, you will contribute to the management of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans, ensuring operational compliance and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance
Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
Review equity transaction activity and ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting to support ongoing operations
Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred
Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday) and methods and interrelationships of data transfers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
