Remote Construction Project Manager Job Description We are seeking experienced construction project managers to join our team for projects across the country. Our company is licensed in 49 states, and we pride ourselves on delivering quality services to our clients. As a construction project manager, you will work closely with site teams to coordinate and supervise on-site activities, including subcontractor management, safety, and scheduling. Regular interaction with clients is essential, as you will play a vital role in the project's success. You will be responsible for completing projects successfully, meeting profit goals, ensuring workplace safety, and exceeding client expectations while promoting a positive company image. Responsibilities • Coordinate and supervise work onsite, including subcontractor activity, safety, and scheduling. • Interact regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success. • Lead construction sites to achieve profit goals and maintain workplace safety. • Promote a positive company image and exceed client expectations. The role requires 20% total travel, with travel to project sites as needed (approximately 10%). Team meetings occur once a quarter at the main office. Benefits include a $330 weekly truck allowance, paid insurances, and a $59 per diem. Job Type & Location This is a remote position based out of Dexter, Missouri. You will be traveling to Dexter, MO about once a quarter. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr. Full suite of benefits including truck allowance, insurance covered, 401k match and company cc. Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Dexter,MO.
