Remote Console Operator
This is an exciting opportunity for a responsible Console Operator to monitor systems, track service performance, and respond to operational alerts in a remote monitoring environment.
This position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor system dashboards and operational alerts
• Identify and report service interruptions
• Escalate issues to technical teams
• Maintain detailed incident logs
• Ensure compliance with operational protocols
• Assist in troubleshooting support coordination
• Provide status updates to leadership
Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma required; technical training preferred
• 1–3 years monitoring or operations experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in rotating shifts if required
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
