Seasonal, temporary position
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and type email messages for agents.
Manage team calendar in MS Outlook and schedule appointments.
Distribute messages and make outbound calls to confirm event attendees.
Schedule appointments using web tools and MS Office.
Assemble marketing materials and perform clerical duties such as creating shipping labels, sorting mail, and stocking spaces.
Skills:
Call center and Work From Home experience are required!
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and web tools.
Job Requirements:
Prior customer service and call center experience in a fast-paced environment.
Technologically savvy with proficiency in using MS Office and web tools.
Experience managing schedules and calendars.
Required Experience:
Experience working with the public, including seniors.
2+ years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or related field.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
