Inspired Interiors is seeking an experienced Fractional Company Controller to provide strategic financial leadership on a part-time basis. The role involves overseeing financial operations, managing bookkeeping staff, and providing financial insights to support business growth. Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting • Manage and mentor junior and senior bookkeeping staff, ensuring workflow efficiency and accuracy • Implement cost accounting and cost-plus strategies to optimize profitability • Evaluate and manage financing options, loan structures, and banking relationships to minimize interest costs and improve cash flow • Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making • Collaborate with leadership to plan for 2026 operations and future growth initiatives Skills • Proven experience as a CFO, Controller, or senior financial executive in design-build, real estate, or related sectors • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and investment strategies • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive financial performance Company Overview • INSPIRED INTERIORS is an interior design firm that provides interior design, architecture, 3D tours, and virtual design services.
