Key Responsibilities:
Assist Title Officers with commercial real estate transactions, including title commitment reviews, ordering title and tax updates, and resolving title curative matters
Create and maintain files, records, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Support new order entry and fulfillment, paperless file setup, order tracking, and post-closing functions
Review transaction documents for closings, gather and enter title fees, and prepare invoices
Communicate professionally with internal and external parties, providing exceptional customer service
Prepare and revise title commitments, title policies, and endorsements
Requirements:
2+ years of title industry experience (commercial preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe and MS Office (Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Ability to quickly learn company operating systems and new software applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and organizational abilities
Keen attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a highly productive manner
