This fully remote position focuses on Financial Services and Capital Markets litigation, allowing the associate to manage complex commercial litigation cases in Florida state and federal courts.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Managing all phases of complex commercial litigation in Florida state and federal courts
ā¢ Conducting factual investigations, discovery, and taking/defending depositions
ā¢ Drafting pleadings and arguing motions
ā¢ Participating in mediations and acting as second-chair in trials or arbitrations
Skills
ā¢ Must reside in Southwest Florida
ā¢ Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar is required
ā¢ 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience
ā¢ Strong academic credentials and superb writing skills
