[Remote] Commercial Insurance Account Executive (Remote) — CA P&C License + Mandarin Required

They are seeking a Bilingual Commercial Account Manager fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to manage a dedicated book of commercial clients, primarily in the hospitality sector, while providing exceptional client service and support. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of commercial clients, communicating fluently in Mandarin Chinese and English Manage client service needs, including renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day account support Explain coverage details, exclusions, and premium changes clearly so clients understand their policies and options Assist with quoting, remarketing, and placing new and renewal business with carriers Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage, improve retention, and cross-sell additional solutions Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency procedures and industry regulations Deliver high-touch service that builds trust and long-term client relationships Skills Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English required Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not required Life & Health license is a plus Experience in commercial insurance account management, customer service, or client relationship management preferred Familiarity with hospitality or habitational insurance is highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with agency management systems such as EZLynx, Applied Epic, or similar Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) matching Paid time off and company holidays Tuition reimbursement Fully remote work environment Company Overview Germani Insurance is one of the most progressive commercial insurance brokers in California with over 20 years of experience in Property Casualty Insurance, Group Benefits, Workers Compensation, and Claims Administration solutions for lowering a company's Experience Modification.
