Remote Collections Specialist – Work from Home | WI, IA, IL, ND, or SD Residents Only

If you have at least 2 years of recent collections experience, we want to talk to you! We’re looking for driven professionals who are confident making outbound calls, skilled at building rapport, and motivated by achieving and exceeding their goals. Pay: $17–$19/hr (based on experience) + Monthly Commission Opportunities (top performers earn hundreds more each month!) Schedule: Monday–Friday only — No nights or weekends. After training, create a 40-hour schedule that fits your life (between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM). What You’ll Do: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to help consumers resolve delinquent accounts. • Negotiate payment solutions using ethical, consumer-friendly communication. • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals. • Accurately update consumer account information. What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of debt collection experience (within the last 3 years preferred). • Must be 18+ years old. • Comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and using multiple computer programs. • Independent problem solver with strong communication skills. Workspace Requirements: • A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, to maintain consumer privacy. • No dependent care responsibilities during work hours. • Ability to work seated at a computer with dual monitors and a headset. • Computer must be hardwired with reliable, high-speed internet.
